How much does a custom hand-tufted rug cost?
It depends on size and how much detail and carving is involved. Small pieces start lower; big, highly-carved rugs cost more. Tell us your idea and size and we’ll send a firm quote before you commit to anything.
How do I pay for my custom rug?
Once you approve the design, we send a secure Square invoice to your email. You pay online by card — your card details never touch this website. A deposit books your place in the queue; the balance is due before it ships.
How long does a custom tufted rug take to make?
Most rugs take a few weeks depending on size, detail, and how many are ahead of you. We’ll give you a realistic timeline with your quote.
Do you ship custom rugs across Canada?
Yes — anywhere in Canada. Local pickup around Parksville and mid-Island is welcome too.
Can you make a rug from my pet’s photo?
Absolutely — pet portrait rugs are one of our most popular custom orders. Send us a clear photo and we’ll sketch a design for you to approve before we start.
Can you make custom car mats or vehicle boot mats?
Yes. We make precision-fit hand-tufted mats for cars, trucks, and project vehicles. Send us the measurements or a template and we’ll make it fit perfectly.
Can you tuft a business logo or brand design?
Yes — send us a high-resolution version of your logo. We’ll adapt it for tufting and show you a mock-up before starting. Great for entryway mats, showroom centrepieces, or gifts.
Can you copy an existing design or another artist’s work?
We can work in the spirit of something you love, but we won’t copy another artist’s work or a protected logo without permission. Your own photos, pets and ideas are perfect.
What wool do you use?
We use the best natural wool we can source. It’s durable, soft underfoot, takes carving beautifully, and wears with character that synthetic yarn can’t match.
Do you make UV or blacklight-reactive rugs?
Yes — we have UV-reactive wool that glows under blacklight. Perfect for gaming rooms, studios, and anywhere you want your rug to come alive in the dark.
